Signing in to the client portal stores a session token in your browser. Without it we cannot keep you signed in or enforce which cases you are allowed to see. This storage is essential to the service and cannot be turned off while you are signed in — signing out clears it.

We collect aggregate page-view analytics to understand which guidance is useful and where visitors get stuck. This data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles or to identify individual visitors.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on this site.

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection feature, or using a content blocker, will also prevent analytics from loading. Blocking storage for this site will sign you out of the portal and prevent you from signing back in.
