This policy explains what information MetaProTech Security collects when you use this website, our client portal, or our consulting services, and what we do with it. It is maintained by MetaProTech Security and is not an independent certification or audit.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email address, and optional phone number you provide when creating an account.
- Case correspondence — the subject, description, and messages you submit as part of a support request.
- Uploaded documents — files you attach to a case to support ownership verification or context.
- Contact enquiries — the name, email, and message submitted through the public contact form.
- Operational logs — timestamps and action records used to audit access to case data.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for, store, or process account passwords, one-time passcodes, MFA recovery codes, or payment card numbers. If any tool or person claiming to represent us requests those, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.
How we use it
Information is used solely to deliver the service you requested: verifying that you own the account in question, guiding you through official recovery processes, responding to your enquiries, and improving the guidance published in our Knowledge Center. We do not sell client data, and we do not use case content for advertising.
Storage and access
Data is stored in our managed cloud backend. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and access is enforced at the database level with row-level security so that clients can read only their own records. Case files are held in a private storage bucket and served through short-lived signed links. Staff access is limited by role, and internal notes are never exposed to clients.
Retention and deletion
We retain case records for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to support follow-up and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated case data at any time by writing to privacy@metaprotech.example. We will confirm the request and remove the data unless we are required to retain it.

Your rights
