Scope of services
MetaProTech Security provides cybersecurity consulting, account recovery guidance for verified account owners, and cybersecurity education. We do not provide unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, and we do not bypass platform security measures. Recovery assistance is conducted through legitimate platform-supported processes and is subject to each platform's policies and verification requirements.
Educational simulations
All interactive tools in the Training Center — including password analyzers, phishing awareness scenarios, and workflow demonstrations — are simulated. They do not interact with real accounts, credentials, or third-party systems. Content is provided for educational purposes only.
Privacy
We collect only the information required to deliver the requested service (account details, correspondence, and supporting documents you provide). Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-scoped, and we do not sell client data. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you've found a security issue in this website or platform, please report it tosecurity@metaprotech.example. Please do not exploit the issue, do not access data that isn't yours, and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure. We appreciate good-faith research.
