MetaProTech Security provides cybersecurity consulting, account recovery guidance for verified account owners, and cybersecurity education. All recovery assistance is delivered through official, platform-supported processes and remains subject to each platform's own policies and verification requirements.

You agree that you will not use this service to:

• Seek access to an account, system, or data you do not own or are not authorized to access.
• Request the bypass, disabling, or circumvention of any authentication or security control.
• Submit documents or information you are not authorized to share.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to an account.
• Probe, scan, or disrupt this website or its infrastructure outside our disclosure policy.

We decline and may report requests of this nature, and we may suspend or terminate any account used for them.

Before we assist with any recovery matter we will ask you to demonstrate ownership of the account. We may decline to proceed if ownership cannot be established to our satisfaction or to the platform's.

Recovery outcomes are decided by the platform that controls the account, not by us. We do not guarantee that any account will be recovered, that any timeline will be met, or that a platform will act on a submission. Our service is the guidance, preparation, and correspondence support — not the result.

Tools and training material on this site — including the password analyzer and any awareness scenarios — are simulated and provided for educational purposes only. They do not interact with real accounts or third-party systems and must not be treated as a security assessment of any live service.

You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

To the extent permitted by law, MetaProTech Security is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the guidance provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
